This base bolts on to a standard 7/8" Dia rail. The base accepts either a Slanted AZ Base, or a Straight AZ Base (not included, order separately), and one turn of the locking wing bolt a short side slide the holder comes off. Couple seconds is all it takes to put on and take off a holder with out damaging the rails on your boat.
